TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your LandStone order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, you will receive a tracking update.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. 

Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–15 business days after processing, although delivery times can vary depending on the product, destination and fulfilment location.

Tracking information may take a little time to update after dispatch.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Ordered more than one item? Your products may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate packages. You may therefore receive multiple tracking updates for the same order.
